The BRA Network
From Vision to Legacy
Ten years ago, I started BRA Network with one clear intention: to create a space where women felt supported, lifted, and never alone in business.
What unfolded exceeded anything I could have imagined.
Together, we built a community rooted in collaboration over competition. We didn’t just talk about hiring each other first—we lived it. We invested in one another, kept money flowing between women-owned businesses, and created an ecosystem built on trust, generosity, and shared success.
When the global pandemic hit, this community did not fade. It showed up.
Women leaned on each other, shared resources, and reimagined their businesses in real time. We proved that connection, even in uncertainty, could be a source of strength and stability.
BRA also became a place of growth and learning. Women at every stage of entrepreneurship were welcomed, supported, and encouraged to rise in ways that felt authentic to them. We were intentional about building
spaces that were diverse, inclusive, and reflective of the real world, honoring the many ways women lead and build.
BRA Network accomplished what it was created to do, and then some. It became more than a network. It became a foundation..
As this chapter comes to a close, I am also stepping into a new personal season. After a divorce, a milestone birthday, and with the launch of Carrie On!, a project rooted in reinvention, voice, and community.
This isn’t an ending filled with loss. It’s one filled with gratitude, pride, and possibility.
Thank you to every woman who showed up, collaborated, invested, and believed in what we were building together. What we created matters. What we built will last.
This chapter may be closing, but the conversation continues. Join me on Carrie On! and follow along at www.carrie-murray.com as we explore reinvention and what comes next, together.
