Post Production Director

Roxanne Rodriguez

Roxanne Rodriguez is a digital marketer, project manager, and post-production editor working closely with a dynamic circle of women shaping brands, platforms, and podcasts with intention. She’s often behind the scenes turning early ideas into something tangible—developing content, refining messaging, and building the visual and digital presence that brings a brand to life. Her work is especially rooted in the startup space, where she helps translate vision into something cohesive, polished, and ready to be seen.

Before moving into digital, Roxanne spent several years in the fashion industry, where she developed a strong instinct for aesthetics, storytelling, and what captures attention. She stepped into entrepreneurship in 2013, carrying that sensibility into the digital world—where she continues to build, shape, and elevate brands from the ground up.
