She Built a Movement of Badass Women: Rosalind Lucero Corona on Chingona Community

What happens when you stop waiting for permission and build the room yourself? Rozalyn "Roz" Lucero Corona is the founder and executive director of Chingona Community, a nonprofit that advances leadership, economic opportunity, and community impact for women and youth. She once looked back on a single year and counted 52 events she'd hosted without realizing she was building a movement.

Carrie and Roz talk about owning a name people said was "too rough," why financial literacy is non-negotiable, the corporate mentor who said "you can do it" when others wouldn't, and the honest work of keeping a nonprofit funded.
